It was announced that the Chairman of Urology and Chief of Robotic Surgery at Lenox Hospital, Dr. David Samadi, will have his own live broadcast show. “Sunday Housecall with Dr. David Samadi” began airing in September and it features information about a variety of trending topics, medical stories, guest medical experts and exercise, food and diet and health and treatment tips. During the live broadcast, viewers can either email or call-in questions to be answered on air. The show live streams online Sundays at 12:30 pm and it can be viewed at Dr.SamadiTV.com or on Facebook, Twitter or YouTube live.
Dr. David Samadi encourages anyone who wants to appear as a guest medical expert to contact his office for consideration. They must be a recognized peer of the health and wellness industry, and have extensive knowledge about their field or have published a book, on a related topic. The purpose of the show is to provide informative awareness about topics which enable good health. The open dialogue format encourages participation from patients and viewers. The show was created for Dr. David Samadi, because of his long term association with Fox News, as a medical correspondent. He’s a board certified Urologic oncologist, and in addition to his role at Lenox Hospital, he is also a Professor of Urology at the Hofstra North Shore LIJ School of Medicine.
